2. Information involved
Website requests. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include IP address, requested URL, request time, browser/device information and security signals. The site does not contain an account registration system.
Your shopping bag. The site stores product identifiers and quantities in your browser's local storage. It does not store your name, address or payment details in the bag. This information stays on your device and is used to restore your selections when you return.
Inquiry forms. Information entered into an inquiry form is used on the current page to prepare a summary. Choosing the email link passes the draft to your email application. The inquiry reaches us when you send it. The form itself does not submit data to our server or intentionally save it. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore form entries according to your browser settings.
Direct communications. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, business details and inquiry content. Order and project inquiries are handled through these direct communications. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. How information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the website, remember your shopping bag on your device, respond to communications, discuss product or wholesale requirements, troubleshoot problems and meet applicable legal obligations. The current site does not process online payments or create orders.
4. Cookies, local storage and tracking
The current site does not add advertising pixels, marketing cookies or third-party analytics scripts. It uses local storage for the shopping bag. Hosting and security services may process request information or use technologies needed for delivery and abuse prevention. Browser privacy signals do not change the website’s behavior; the site has no advertising tracking to turn on or off.
You can remove bag items on the bag page or clear this site's storage in your browser settings. Blocking storage may prevent your selections from persisting after a reload. Clearing browser storage does not delete email you have sent to us.
5. Disclosure and service providers
Technical request data is processed by our hosting/security provider. Communications you send through email or telephone are handled through the corresponding service providers. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a valid legal requirement or protect rights and security. The current website has no integration that sells personal information or shares it for cross-context advertising.
Cloudflare describes its own handling of information in its Privacy Policy. External websites and the email or telephone services you use operate under their own policies.
6. Retention and security
Your bag remains in your browser until you remove it or clear site storage. Unsent form entries are not deliberately persisted by the site. Direct communications are retained as needed to address the inquiry and any related business, recordkeeping, dispute or legal requirements. Hosting-provider logs follow that provider's applicable service settings and retention practices.
The site is delivered over HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information has been misdirected or exposed.
7. Your choices and requests
You can browse without entering contact details, clear local bag data, and choose what to include in an email or call. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or other applicable privacy rights. Send requests to support@rojasoutdoorliving.com. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify the request and will handle it subject to applicable requirements and exceptions.
If you wish to challenge our response, reply to the same address and describe your concern so we can review it. We do not ask you to send identification documents through the inquiry form.
8. Children and international visitors
The site is intended for adults shopping for outdoor products or making business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it. Our company is based in the United States, and service-provider infrastructure may process information in the United States or other locations.
